We deliver your order within 72 hours maximum throughout EUROPE to over 31 countries

1) Shipping charges and delivery times for metropolitan France and Corsica:

The fixed shipping charge is €6.50 inc VAT, whatever the product, and delivery is FREE OF CHARGE for any order of €130 and over (inc VAT).

We can deliver to 77% of destinations in France within 24 hr and to the remainder within 48-72 hr.

2) Shipping charges for Europe:

The rates offered are amongst the lowest on the market, simply enter your address and add the product to your basket to find out the delivery charge.

3) Countries to which we deliver:

We work with two carriers: GLS and DHL

GLS is our delivery partner for EUROPE and we use DHL for the rest of the world.

If your country is NOT in this list, or if you live in a French overseas department or territory, your order will be delivered by DHL.

4) Returns:

Returns are free of charge: we will provide you with a prepaid label to stick onto your package and you can drop it into a MONDIAL RELAY pickup point.

The return period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
