This swivel caster with a plate made of steel with black epoxy coating is ideal for handling loads of up to 500 kg per caster. The total load can therefore be 1500 kg since a safety factor is always maintained.
This caster supports static loads very well over the long term without crushing.
This caster is unique thanks to its adjustable pad that allows it to stabilize the support. Indeed, with the integrated ratchet, it is possible to adjust the height of the pad. Locking is done in a few seconds using a 5 mm diameter metal rod to insert.
It takes about 35 ratchet clicks to lower the pad from the highest position. It takes about 1 minute to raise or lower the 4 casters of the support, which saves the operator valuable time compared to the model.
This product is ideal for furniture that needs to be moved regularly.
The total height of the caster is 107 mm at a minimum (in rolling mode) and 120 mm at a maximum once the pad is engaged. The possible travel is therefore 13 mm in total.
Once the pad is raised to the high position, there will be a 6 mm gap between the ground and the bottom of the pad.
The advantage of this model also lies in its compact size during rotation, allowing it to be placed as close as possible to the corners of your support.
