Designed to meet the demands of the most varied industrial environments, this caster with a robust design integrates a crank lift system. It is ideal for moving, positioning, and leveling heavy industrial machines.
High load capacity: Unit resistance of 750 kg (up to 2.2 tons for a set of 4 casters).
Crank lifting system: Offers a total stroke of 100 mm.
Clockwise rotation: raises the machine.
Counter-clockwise rotation: lowers the machine.
Precision: approximately 2 mm of stroke per crank turn.
Adjustable heights:
High position: 770 mm
Low position: 670 mm
Ultra-strong fixation: Side plate of 100 x 150 mm in 6 mm thick steel, equipped with 4 M10 holes.
High performance wheel: Made of polyurethane, ensuring excellent durability under static load. It features a double ball bearing to reduce starting friction and facilitate rotation.
Outdoor use: The entire unit is fully painted black to allow for outdoor use. (Note: regular maintenance of the paint is recommended, as the underlying steel is not treated for corrosion resistance).
Easy maintenance: Equipped with a greaser at the wheel to protect the bearings of the crown against wear and corrosion. The internal gears located behind the crank are also accessible for easy re-greasing.
