Tread made of very high quality vulcanized rubber from the brand CONTINENTAL®.

This frète allows for very quick repairs of machines in constant operation since it only requires removing the tread with a press and replacing it. This avoids the need to recreate the rim and thus minimizes long-term costs.

We can indeed create a wheel 100% according to your plans from any material. We can easily work with steel, stainless steel, or aluminum in diameters up to 500 mm. Upon request, we can provide you with antistatic or trace-free wheels in the same size. The interior of the wheel features a steel band over the entire surface allowing for heat dissipation during rolling and reinforcing the wheel in case of severe impact. This also ensures a very strong grip between the rim and the frète; it is indeed possible to create custom-made drive wheels (tailor-made and fully manufactured in-house). The outer profile of the wheel is smooth to maximize contact with the ground and increase grip. Therefore, the grip is maximized on these wheels and durability is about three times higher compared to rubber from other brands.
