Very special model of castor for container rolling over degraded environments in the presence of mud or grass. Its extremely large diameter allows it to easily pass over gravel up to 2 cm high. The attachment is done using the worldwide twist-lock system present on all corners of ISO 1161 containers on the market. The castor is easy to set up during movement by the operator thanks to a small castor at the base that can be retracted using a spring-mounted pin attached to the castor. Once installed, you can retract the whole unit.

The treads of the wheel allow water to drain and increase grip when pulling the unit with a forklift.

You can use this wheel at speeds of up to 25 km/h. WARNING, it is advisable to divide the admissible unit load on the technical data sheet by 2. For example: if it has a unit load of 3330 kg, totaling 10,000 kg, then the total load on 4 castors at 25 km/h will be only 5,000 kg.

The frame of the castor is made of 10 mm thick steel and the plate is made of 12 mm steel reinforced by welds made by an automatic robot.

Each wheel is securely attached to a solid zinc-plated steel axle with a diameter of 65 mm. The wheel cannot unscrew during handling because the locking nut on the axle is welded.
