DIRECTIONAL BLOCK FOR Castor STEC NYLON 100

Bring directional precision to your compact equipment. This pivot locking device is specially sized to fit the mounts of our 100 mm diameter STEC NYLON Series, combining the lightweight nature of nylon with perfect trajectory control.

Installed securely between the mounting plate and the caster, this device allows you to instantly transform your swivel caster into a fixed caster.

  • 90° locking mechanism: Thanks to its ergonomic lever, you can lock the orientation of the mount in your preferred axis (4 possible positions).

  • Independent rolling: The mechanism only locks the pivoting. The rotation of the 100 mm nylon roller remains completely free, ensuring maximum movement fluidity without any braking effect on the wheel.

Despite its design suited for small diameters, this locking device is made from treated steel. It is ideal for trolleys that need to alternate between high agility in turns and precise tracking in narrow passages.
