Operating Instructions & Functionality

The use of the caster is intuitive and ultra-fast:

To lower the pad (Lock the machine): Position the ratchet to the right and perform a back-and-forth (pumping) motion until the rubber pad lifts the roller about 5 mm off the ground.
To raise the pad (Move the machine): Position the ratchet to the left and pump to retract the pad. The roller then regains contact with the ground.
Easy direction reversal: To switch between raising and lowering, simply pull or push the small selection button located on the side of the ratchet (indicated by the threading direction labels).
Heavy Load Tip: You can insert a screwdriver or a 6 mm metal rod into the hole provided at the end of the ratchet to increase the lever arm and reduce the pumping effort.

(Visual note: In the presentation photos, the pad is shown in the fully lowered position to demonstrate the range of the mechanism. In actual use conditions, a lift of 5 mm of the roller is more than sufficient to stabilize your machine).
